How To Lower Your Blinds

Make sure you are holding all cords on the right-hand side of your blind at an equal length and pull them towards yourself. When doing so, if they work correctly then there will be a click where the brass cog releases from its socket in the mechanism which lowers the blind down after this occurs.

How To Release The Cord Lock

Take the blind out of its brackets by taking off both covers on either side. With one hand, pull towards you but not too hard so that it comes apart completely in order to release control cords which are connected at each end with a brass cog mechanism inside. Push down on these cogs with your fingers until they drop allowing for more slack before reinserting back into slots provided while lowering or raising accordingly!
