Refunds & returns on custom made blinds
All of our blinds are custom made to your specfications and therefore are not returnable or refundable. If your blind is damaged or faulty when it arrives call us immediatley. We'll arrange for our courier to collect your blind as soon as possible and we’ll replace it with a new one free of charge on a like-for-like basis.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund? - You cannot change or cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are manufactured, measured, or custom-made to your requirements as these goods will not be resaleable by us. For consumers who purchase 'ready-made blinds, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the possession of the consumer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
My order is out of stock or discontinued can I cancel and have a refund? - Yes! if your order has not entered into the manufacturing process because the item is out of stock or has been discontinued then we will refund your order in full.
My order has arrived damaged/faulty can I alter the measurements or colour? - regretfully not; we can only replace damaged or faulty blinds on a like-for-like basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
