Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for our customers
Our UK manufacturers have all recommenced production but with vastly reduced staff numbers. With safety and social distancing measures in place at operating sites, they will be operating at reduced capacity across all manufacturing departments to ensure the safety of staff.
There has been a huge backlog of orders, which have built up from the closure on 23rd March, and orders are being manufactured on a first come first serve basis. We are catching up on the backlog and hope to see all products on standard lead time back to normal very soon. Our aim is to get these to you as soon as possible, so we please ask for your patience.
Couriers are under strict instructions, so when your delivery does arrive it will be contactless. They are advised to ring or knock on your door and then place your order at your front door or porch before retreating to a safe distance.
This is a constantly evolving situation and it is not yet 'business as usual'. There is a huge backlog of orders and enquiries, and with staff still working from remote locations we kindly ask that you contact us via email as replies may be quicker.
The current lead-times we are publishing are constantly being updated and our advice is to order and join the queue. We have a number of products & collections that have now reverted back to Standard Delivery Times of between 5 – 10 working days.
