Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for our customers

Information on the new national restrictions

Ahead of the recent Government announcement and the new national restrictions, we would like to assure customers that our online store will continue to operate business as near to normal, as possible. With safety and social distancing measures already in place, our manufacturing supply lines will be operating as normal though lead times could be subject to change at short notice.

With safety and social distancing measures in place at operating sites, they will be operating at reduced capacity across all manufacturing departments to ensure the safety of staff, hence the longer the lead times.

Couriers are under strict instructions, so when your delivery does arrive it will be contactless. They are advised to ring or knock on your door and then place your order at your front door or porch before retreating to a safe distance.

We have staff still working from the office and remote locations, so we kindly ask that you contact us via email as replies may be quicker.
Online Ordering
The current lead-times we are publishing are constantly being updated and our advice is to order and join the queue. We have a number of products & collections that have now reverted back to Standard Delivery Times of between 5 – 10 working days.
