Manufacturing Recommencement

Some UK manufacturers recommenced production on Monday 20th April but with vastly reduced staff numbers
With safety and social distancing measures in place at operating sites, they have been allowed to have these sites re-open and operate at a capacity that is safe to do so. During this time they will be operating at reduced capacity across all manufacturing departments to ensure the safety of staff.

Delivery

There has been a huge backlog of orders, which have built up from the closure on 23rd March, and orders are manufactured on a first come first serve basis. Our aim is to get these to you as soon as possible, so we please ask for your patience.  

Moving Ahead

This is a constantly evolving situation and it is not yet 'business as usual'. There is a huge backlog of orders to get through and with manufacturing at reduced capacity, production will be slow.  

Online Ordering

The current lead-times we are publishing are constantly being updated and our advice is to order and join the queue.
We have a number of products & collections that have now reverted back to Standard Delivery Times of between 5 – 10 working days.

Products available with Standard Delivery will display the message:  "The Standard Delivery Time Displayed is Applicable"

Products manufactured from suppliers who have just recommenced production but with vastly reduced capacity will display the message:  "COVID-19 with estimated delivery dates"
