Delivery of orders is fast, simple and FREE!

We'll have your blind made, packaged and delivered to your door within 7 working days. Place your order today selecting our standard delivery service and we’ll deliver your blinds FREE of charge when you spend over £75. We work with carriers of choice, specialising in time-critical services consistently exceeding customer expectations through service reliability and accuracy. 

UK Mainland Delivery Service

All of our blinds ordered are delivered using our standard delivery service and is FREE of charge. We offer a Saturday delivery service between 8am - 12pm where a premium charge of £20 is applicable

We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man on our standard service at no extra cost. We welcome enquires for delivery to the Channel Islands and Ireland where premium delivery charges of £20 are applicable for Made to Measure blinds.

Delivery Date & Times

The estimated date for delivery will be indicated on your confirmation.
The standard delivery times offered are between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Premium Saturday deliveries are between 8am and 12pm

Please note premium Saturday deliveries are not available for Velux or Ready made blinds

Dispatching your blinds

Every endeavour will be made to dispatch your order in one consignment but please be aware some blinds are manufactured in different factory’s and will be dispatched in separate consignments

Delivery of your order

If we try to deliver your new blinds whilst you are out a card will be left by the courier giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a free re-delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.

Alternatively, if you know that you are going to be out provide us with details of a neighbour or work place and we will arrange delivery there.

Courier deliveries

Please note that we will make a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver your blinds at no extra cost before the blinds are returned back to the factory, any additional attempts may incurr a charge.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for courier delays but will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
