3 Year Guarantee

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We take the upmost care to ensure your blinds are manufactured to the highest possible standards; our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All our products are manufactured to exacting standards and we guarantee that should any defect in materials or workmanship occur we would repair or replace the defective part without charge, providing the product has not been subject to misuse or negligence. This is our guarantee.

3 year Guarantee

We provide a 3 year guarantee consisting of a 1 year manufacturers warranty and the Blinds4UK - 2 year extended guarantee. This means that if any of the components fail within the 3 years from the order date, we will replace these free of charge.

The extended guarantee is limited to the replacement of the defective materials or components only and will be on a like or for similar parts. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.

 

Guarantee claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as details regarding the nature of the problem.

 

Conditions

This guarantee is invalid if the damage or failure was caused by:

• Accident
• Alteration
• Exposure to elements
• Misuse
• Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
• Fitted in a non domestic environment
• Normal wear and tear

Product Exclusions

• Wooden products – natural variations in grain, colour and texture. Warpage through exposure to high humidity
• Fabrics and dyes – normal fading
 

  

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory and other legal rights.
