At Blinds 4UK we believe that the quality of our after sales service is just as important as our initial response to your request that is why we will try and resolve any issues you may have with your blinds once they have been delivered

Can I change my order once I have submitted it?
We would be happy to make any changes to your order providing the blinds have not entered into the manufacturing process. Unfortunately we cannot change your order once manufacturing has begun.

What do I do if I have mis-measured?
We regret that once your order has been processed you cannot change or cancel your order.
Custom made blinds are manufactured to your specifications and are not re-saleable by us and therfore we cannot accept them back.

made to measure blinds you read our instructions on how to measure and if you have any questions to give us a call on 08704 460 550 or email us at enquiries@blinds4uk.co.uk You are advised to check your measurements are correct before proceeding with your order and to check the details on the acknowledgement you will receive by email shortly after your order has been accepted.

What if my blind does not fit?
If your blind does not fit please check these to the measurements you have requested then email us at
enquiries@blinds4uk.co.uk
with your problem and we will try and advise you

My blind has arrived damaged – what should I do?
If your blind is damaged when it arrives, email us straight away at enquiries@blinds4uk.co.uk
. We’ll arrange for our courier to collect the blind as soon as possible and return it back to the factory. Following inspection to ensure no misuse we will replace this with a new one.

What do I do if my blind is faulty or becomes faulty?
Contact us at enquiries@blinds4uk.co.uk
or call us on 08704 460 550 and explain the problem. We might be able to resolve this over the phone. If not, your blind will be covered under our 12 months guarantee, so we’ll arrange collection. Following inspection to ensure no misuse we will either repair this or replace this with a new one free of charge
